Sports and Remedial Massage
Even though most people associate sports massage for relieving problems related to sports, Sports and Remedial Massage can be effective for a much wider range of problems and is certainly not just for sports people.
The Sports we play and the work that we do can take their toll on our posture, our joints and our muscles. Sometimes the resulting pain, tension and soreness can limit our day to day activities and prevent us from working and playing to the best of our ability.
We provide private massage clinics for the general public, and employees of businesses and companies including the NHS.

45 Minute Relaxation, Remedial or Sports Massage: £30

Full Body Massage - 60 Minutes £36
General massage treatment ideal for those suffering from stress, anxiety, tension, insomnia or who have difficulty relaxing. It is also very helpful in combating some dry skin conditions.
Treatment includes the use of non-perfumed natural base oils.
Neck and Back Massage - 60 Minutes £36
A more focussed treatment of the upper body. Especially beneficial for those who work at a desk or PC where tension, pain and soreness can develop in the back, arms, shoulders and neck.
This treatment is also useful in combating muscle fatigue caused by lifting, bending and some sports or occupations where there is a high level of physical demand.
Express Neck and Back massage - 30 minutes - £25
Shorter anti-stress massage combining some muscle release techniques. This massage is ideally suited for relieving general tension. For relief of more complex problems, this masssage may be too short.
Seated Chair Massage 20 minutes - £15
Taken fully clothed so ideal if you're short of time or prefer not to undress for massage treatment. These massages are short, effective, convenient and ideal for those wishing to de-stress but dont have the time for a conventional massage.
Foot Reflexology - 60 Minutes £35
Great for relaxation and total body balance leaving you feel de-stressed and revitalised. Treatment includes deep moisturising foot massage treatment.
Thai Foot Massage - 45 Minutes £30
Treatment includes massage of the feet, hands and stretching for the legs, feet and hips. Treatment is taken fully clothed but for modesty and comfort loose trousers or leggings are recommended.
