About The South Coast Health Team

South Coast Health is run by an ITEC trained & accredited Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Qualified Massage Therapies Tutor, and experienced Senior Nurse (RGN) with over 20 years experience of dealing with patient and client problems and teaching in clinical and complementary health settings. Working in training and development over many years, having developed graduate nurse education programmes in conjunction with Central London Universities at several of Europes top teaching hospitals.

Your trainers teache Anatomy, Physiology, Business Studies / Professional Ethics and Massage as tutors with ITEC and BABTAC accredited professional massage colleges. We also teach accredited massage therapy courses as a course providers for London Therapists, the national massage therapies training organisation running massage courses throughout the UK and in other European destinations.

We are members of the Association of Therapy Lecturers (FHT), the International Federation of Health, Fitness & Sports Therapists (MHFST) and the Royal College of Nursing. We are experienced in treating and helping to alleviate conditions such as sports injuries, occupational problems, repetitive strain, back ache, muscular and joint stiffness, anxiety, disturbed sleep patterns, and stress.

Your trainer also works with specialists and NHS Trusts to assist in maintaining health and wellbeing of their their staff.
